Yuto Hagiuta

After accumulating about 13 years of experience at a Japanese restaurant in Ginza, and working for about 2 and a half years at the yakitori restaurant 'Yaki Tori Kawashima' in Azabu Juban, Yuto Hagiuta became independent. He specializes in fried foods and aims to create a pork cutlet that can be enjoyed lightly like tempura.
